  • Plan routes, select aerodromes, and arrange all services including ground handling, fuel, catering, and crew logistics.
  • Source aircraft from Airly’s fleet or partner operators, negotiate rates, and confirm bookings.
  • Monitor day-of-flight operations, anticipate disruptions, and implement solutions swiftly while keeping clients informed.
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimising aircraft utilisation, reduce turnaround times, and maintain flawless coordination between departments.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with CASA regulations, Airly SOPs, and operational best practices.
  • Prepare and issue flight-related invoices accurately and promptly (no broader financial management required).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, membership, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in charter coordination, flight operations, or aviation client services.
  • Solid understanding of Australian general aviation and aerodrome operations.
  • Strong operational mindset able to think ahead, adapt fast, and make clear, confident decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mentality.
  • Experience using aviation scheduling and flight planning systems.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for aviation.

Why Join Airly

  • Be part of a pioneering private aviation brand changing how Australians fly.
  • Join a tight-knit, high-performance team where initiative and ownership are celebrated.
  • Work from our Gold Coast office with flexible rostered hours and career growth opportunities.
  • 5 weeks of paid annual leave, plus additional sick, carers, and personal leave entitlements.
  • Competitive salary, on-call allowances, and the chance to make a measurable impact every day.
