About this Opportunity: Airly is seeking experienced and dedicated pilots for our Phenom 300 aircraft based in Melbourne. As a Phenom 300 Pilot, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver unparalleled air travel experiences. You’ll operate within a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service on every flight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct flight operations for private charters, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Airly team to maintain operational excellence and efficient scheduling.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards in line with CASA regulations and our operating partner policies.
  • Provide exceptional service to our owners and customers, enhancing their overall travel experience.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training programs.

About You: You are a highly skilled professional with a passion for aviation and a commitment to safety. Your experience in the industry equips you to handle diverse flying conditions, and your client-focused approach ensures a safe and memorable journey for our owners, customers and their guests.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CASA CPL (A) license.
  • Current Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC)
  • A minimum of 2000 total flight hours.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours in command.
  • 500 hours of multi-engine experience.
  • 200 hours of turbine experience.
  • Recent single pilot IFR experience (within the last 2 years).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Phenom 100 or Phenom 300 Type Rating
  • Experience operating in diverse and challenging environments.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Australian airspace and aviation regulations.
