As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to help amplify our message and engage our audience in fresh, innovative ways.

About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing Airly’s digital presence and building meaningful connections with our audience. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on taking projects from idea to execution. From creating eye-catching content to analysing campaign results, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts.

You’ll spend a minimum of 3 days per week in our Sanctuary Cove office, collaborating with the team and capturing content on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut to create high-quality visuals and video assets.

Social Media Management
• Develop and execute strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor trends, engage with our audience, and grow our social media presence.

Email Marketing
• Design and manage campaigns using Ortto to communicate with current and prospective members effectively.

Data & Analytics
• Track performance metrics across all marketing channels to evaluate campaign success.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve results.

Experimentation
• Brainstorm and test new ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking.

About this Opportunity: Airly is seeking experienced and dedicated pilots for our Phenom 100 aircraft based in Brisbane. As a Phenom 100 Pilot, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver unparalleled air travel experiences. You’ll operate within a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service on every flight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct flight operations for private charters, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Airly team to maintain operational excellence and efficient scheduling.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards in line with CASA regulations and Airlink (our operating partner) policies.
  • Provide exceptional service to our owners and customers, enhancing their overall travel experience.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training programs.

About You: You are a highly skilled professional with a passion for aviation and a commitment to safety. Your experience in the industry equips you to handle diverse flying conditions, and your client-focused approach ensures a safe and memorable journey for our owners, customers and their guests.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CASA CPL (A) license.
  • Current Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC)
  • A minimum of 2000 total flight hours.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours in command.
  • 500 hours of multi-engine experience.
  • 200 hours of turbine experience.
  • Recent single pilot IFR experience (within the last 2 years).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Phenom 100 or Phenom 300 Type Rating
  • Experience operating in diverse and challenging environments.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Australian airspace and aviation regulations.
