Role: Owner Relations Manager

Purpose of Position: The Owner Relations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to exceptional travel experiences for each owner. This role involves comprehensive management of owner flights, ensuring seamless integration of fractional assets into the wider Airly network, and optimizing the efficiency of these assets.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary customer service across various channels (phone, email) with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency.
• Act as a trusted advisor on travel-related issues, including navigating through operational challenges and ensuring booking accuracy.
• Proactively manage reservations, including trip monitoring and updates from booking through actual flight execution.
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and enhance the flight experience for our owners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the private aviation industry, Airly’s products, and aviation regulations.
• Build and maintain effective, long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service experience.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in scheduling, operations, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including reasonable overtime and on-call duties.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.
• Based in Melbourne or Brisbane/Gold Coast, or willing to relocate.
